今回は、Linux上のkernel dropped packet monitoring utilityである「Dropwatch」をご紹介いたします。
すでに古くから使われている方も多いとは思いますが

と解説されており、高負荷状態のサーバーにおいて、どれだけパケット処理が落ちているのかを確認できる有効なツールです。
